Continental Scuba operates from Shangrila's Resort, Beach No. 5, Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island). This notice covers the website and bookings made on it.
What we collect
When you book or write to us we keep your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, guest count, the package and dates you chose, and messages you send. Checkout also records that you confirmed swim or certification requirements and the SSI medical statement where the package asks for them. We do not store card or UPI details. Razorpay processes the payment.
Why
We use those details to hold a slot, take payment, send the booking reference, and reach you about weather, boats, and the session. We keep booking records for accounts and tax. We do not sell your details.
Asking about your details
Email support@continentalscuba.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete enquiry messages that are not part of a paid booking. Paid booking records stay for the period our accounts need.
