Scuba Diving in Havelock Island
SSI Try Scuba, fun dives, and courses from Beach No. 5 in Havelock. Sites, season, and how to book — live GST totals sit on the catalog pages.

Where we dive from
Continental Scuba sits on Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep), Beach No. 5, at Shangrila’s Resort. Same beach, same crew, same boat plan whether it is your first tank or you already hold a card.
Havelock is the dive-first island in the Andamans: more sites, more daily boats, and ferry options that make a 4–7 day week actually work. We base here so we are not hopping islands every morning. Neil (Shaheed Dweep) is a slower add-on — see Havelock or Neil.
Three ways into the water
Pick the product that matches the skill, not the photo.
Try Scuba — first dive with an instructor. Non-swimmers welcome if you can put your face in the water. Shore or boat. This is not a card. Try Scuba.
Fun dives — already certified. Boat days on Havelock reefs we already publish, including Johnny’s Gorge and Dixon’s Pinnacle. Bring the card. Fun dives.
SSI courses — Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and specialties. Training with us is SSI, not another agency. Courses.
Live GST totals and slot capacity live on those pages. We do not quote a single “Havelock scuba price” in a blog post.
Sites, in brief
Beginners usually start where the light still hits the coral. When skills catch up, the island has deeper walls and pinnacles. The named sites we already brief on the boat are in Havelock dive sites.
Season
We take bookings year-round. October to May is usually the calmer classroom. Southwest monsoon (June–September) can mean swell, runoff, and cancelled boats. If we are not operating that day, we refer a partner rather than pretend July is February. Month by month: best time to dive Havelock.
How to book
Choose Try Scuba, a fun dive, or a course. Open book, pick the package, date, and guest count. Pay the GST total shown. Capacity is held at confirmation so we do not overbook.
If the dates are messy, or half the group cannot swim, WhatsApp the shop. Sai would rather sort the mix before you fly than on the beach.
